CAM staff Dr. Eden Evins and Dr. Corrine Cather, in collaboration with staff Johns Hopkins Medicine recently published an article examining the effect of a tobacco intervention incorporating weight management for adults with serious mental illness. This randomized clinical trial investigates if an 18-month tobacco-smoking cessation intervention including weight management is effective in adults with serious mental illness who may not be ready to quit smoking right away.
