Brenden Tervo-Clemmens, Ph.D.

Dr. Brenden Tervo-Clemmens received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 2021 from the University of Pittsburgh, with secondary training in Cognitive Neuroscience from Carnegie Mellon University, and completed his pre-doctoral internship in the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy track at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. His research focuses on neurodevelopmental perspectives of substance use disorders during adolescence and utilizes large-scale functional neuroimaging (fMRI) and smartphone assessment. Brenden is currently completing the MGH/NIDA K12 Career Development Program in Substance Use and Addiction Medicine.
